The All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN), Dr. Farouk Rabi’u Mudi, has described Admiral Murtala Nyako, Chairman of the association’s Board of Trustees (BoT), as a reliable patriot whose life embodies selfless service and national progress.
In a congratulatory message to mark Nyako’s 83rd birthday, the National President, Dr. Farouk Rabi’u Mudi, joined the celebrant’s family, friends, associates, and millions of Nigerians in honouring the former Governor of Adamawa State. He described Nyako as “an intellectual per excellence and a pillar of wisdom, whose dedication to Nigeria’s development remains exemplary.”
The AFAN president praised Nyako’s illustrious service as a naval officer, governor, farmer, and elder statesman, noting that his legacy continues to inspire generations, especially within Nigeria’s agricultural community.
