Many people are still trapped in a collapsed building on Borno Street in Alagomeji, Lagos.
The three-storey property collapsed around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
According to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the building, which was under construction, came down on Friday night at 333 Borno Street, Alagomeji, Yaba. Several people are believed to be trapped under the rubble.
So far, four men have been rescued and taken to the hospital. Emergency workers are still at the site, and search-and-rescue operations are ongoing. The exact number of people still trapped is not yet known until the building is completely cleared.
