Bandit terrorists on Thursday night, attacked Zurmi town, headquarters of Zurmi local government area of Zamfara state and abducted scores of residents, SMARTS NEWS has reported.
A resident of the community who spoke on condition of anonymity confirmed the incident, saying that the bandits sneaked into the town at around 10pm and started shooting sporadically.
“They didn’t kill anybody but they abducted unknown number of people.
“And, just three days ago, they killed one person and rustled cattle,” the source said.
