Gunmen on Sunday morning attacked a church in Manini village, along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari road of Chukun local government area of Kaduna state.
The gunmen attacked the church in large number, shooting sporadically, killed one Church member and abducted many other.
Ibrahim Dogo of Udawa, a village near Manini confirmed the attack to ASHENEWS.
“The same bandits attacked the people of Gonan Lema two days ago and here we are today. They attacked worshippers in the church at Manini,” Dogo said.
There was no official statement from either the state government or Kaduna state command of Nigeria Police as at the time of filling this report.
