A minor fire incident that occurred in the morning of January 1st 2022, at the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC) has been put out, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation limited has said. NiMet’s weather outlook released on Saturday in Abuja predicted moderate dust haze over the northern region on Sunday.
