The Ukrainian parliament on Tuesday confirmed the killing of 70 soldiers in a Russian missile attack in the region of Sumy in eastern Ukraine. It said on Twitter that an army unit was fired upon in the town of Okhtyrka, located between the capital Kiev and Kharkiv. The Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), says its members will not lift products for depot owners selling Petroleum Motor Spirit (PMS) above official depot price of N148.77.
