In response to recent attacks in Mangu Local Government of Plateau State, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) distributed various relief materials to affected individuals on Saturday. The financial services sector took the lead in trading activities on the NGX equity market, with investors exchanging a total of 1.6 billion shares throughout the week. The Federal Government has initiated discussions with key UN bodies and stakeholders to eradicate early child marriage practices across the country. The  United Nations Children’s Fund UNICEF and United Nations Population Fund, UNFPA are among the agencies involved in this dialogue.
