The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC), has shared N1.678 trillion among the Federal Government, states and the Local Government Councils (LGCs) for February. This is according to a communiqué issued by FAAC and made available by Bawa Mokwa, the Director of Press and Public Relations, Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF). Visa Inc. has announced plans to establish a data centre in Nigeria as part of its ongoing investments in the country. The Regional President for Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Mr. Andrew Torre, disclosed this during a courtesy visit to Vice President Kashim Shettima at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Friday.
