A technology consulting firm, Zarttech has launched a service booking platform, KOKO to bridge the socio-economic gap in the country.
The Chief Executive Officer, Zarttech, Nelson Ajulo, said in a statement that KOKO would empower its customers to make, track and manage appointments effectively.
Ajulo said that KOKO was a platform that would enable direct communication with vendors, secure payment transactions, and provide reviews for services received.
“The service has different offerings for service seekers, including diverse vendor options, an interactive user interface, trustworthy transactions and secure connections with personalized searches.
“On the other hand, service providers can use KOKO to expand their business horizons by connecting with a diverse clientele.
“Nigerians exhibit strong entrepreneurial spirit, yet their ventures often lack visibility.
“To address this gap, Zarttech is creating platforms that will enhance visibility for small businesses to trade easily with each other, thereby, stimulating the local economy.”
Ajulo added that the application was designed to bolster Nigerian businesses and facilitate service offerings, irrespective of the geographical zone.
He said that the platform also offered streamlined banking infrastructure such as bank account opening, business management and secure and efficient financial transactions.
He added that the platform offered seamless staff management and data-driven insights for business growth.
