The founder of PenPlus Media Consults Ltd, publishers of ASHENEWS, Abdallah el-Kurebe has felicitated with the publisher of RoyalNews, Abdulazeez Arowona who was turbaned as the Shettima of Okuta Emirate, in Baruteen local government of Kwara state.
He extolled the virtues of the Shettima, whose turbaning formed part of the annual Gaani Cultural Festival in Okuta community.
According to el-Kurebe, Arowona is a promising youth whose contributions to the development of traditional institutions is unquantifiable.
The ASHENEWS publisher prayed Allah to grant the Shettima the strength to discharge his duties with ease.
Among those that attended the event were state governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq; his deputy, Mr. Kayode Alabi, the Speaker, and other dignitaries both within and outside the state.
