The Nigeria Army says troops have neutralized two suspected terrorists and recovered weapons during a successful ambush in the Doruwa Babuje area of Kaduna State.
According to an operational report released to reporters on Wednesday in Abuja, the operation was carried out on Tuesday following credible intelligence on the movement of armed criminals involved in robbery and sexual violence.
Troops laid an ambush around the Marit general area and engaged the suspects as they approached.
