President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commenced a 10-day vacation in Europe.
The President departed Abuja on Thursday, September 4, 2025, to begin his annual leave, which will last for 10 working days.
During the vacation, Tinubu is expected to spend time in France and the United Kingdom before returning to the country.
According to the Presidency, the trip is part of his official annual leave and is not expected to affect government business, as Vice President Kashim Shettima will continue to perform his constitutional duties in an acting capacity where necessary.
Tinubu is expected back in Nigeria after the vacation to continue his official engagements.
