#Nigeriadecides: ASHENEWS reports that the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party in Saturday’s Presidential election, Peter Obi won in Suleja local government area of Niger State.
Announcing the results on Monday morning in Minna, the Collation Officer of the local government area, Dr Hussaini Musa, said that Obi scored 16,978 votes.
The All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu scored 15,917 while Atiku Abubakar of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) came third with 11,968 votes.
According to Musa, the INEC accredited 50,358 voters out of the 149,088 registered voters across the 10 wards in the local government area.
