2013: Niger APC wins presidential polls in Munya, Agaie, Magama, Tafa LGAs

#Nigeriadecides: ASHENEWS reports that the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been announced as the winner in the presidential election held in four additional local government areas namely Munya, Agaie, Magama, and Tafa local government areas of Niger State.

This announcement was made by the respective collation officers for the LGAs on Monday morning at the INEC office in Minna.

In Munya, the APC scored 7,235 votes while the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), and the Labour Party (LP) scored 7,178,339 and 3,504 votes respectively.

In Agaie local government area, the APC scored 13,865 votes, followed by the PDP with 12,908 votes, the Labour Party with 3,504 votes and the NNPP had 532 votes.

Similarly, in the Magama local government area of the state, the All Progressives Congress (APC) emerged winner with 13, 287 votes.

The PDP got 9,190, LP scored 2,943 votes and the NNPP got 1,351 votes.

In Tafa local government area, the APC narrowly beat the PDP with 179 votes.
The result for the four main leading parties in all four local government areas is included below:
