Perturbed by his concern for the people, especially due to the hardship inflicted upon them by the current economic crisis and the seemingly endless, unprecedented level of poverty in the country, Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, a successful architect and philanthropist, has continued to prioritize healthcare delivery as a vital area in which he must support the people, to help save lives amidst these dire circumstances.
Earlier this week, through his social and humanitarian organisation, the Rhodes-Vivour Foundation, his team was present at the GINN 4.0 (Gen Z Involvement in a New Nigeria) seminar. As is their custom, the RV Foundation conducted free health checks and provided free medical insurance coverage for residents of his home state, Lagos.
The Rhodes-Vivour Foundation team was able to attend to many attendees at the event, all of whom applauded the initiative aimed at putting smiles on the faces of Lagosians.
“We thank our visionary GRV for this selfless act of service, and we pray that God Almighty gives him the grace to continue helping the good people of Lagos,” said the beneficiaries in appreciation.
Speaking at the event, the philanthropist behind the gesture, Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, expressed his joy on his X handle about being part of it:
“It was a real pleasure joining the great youth of GINN 4.0 to discuss: ‘Building the Future, Becoming the Future’ – Youth as a Driver of True Economic Change.”
“Very proud to see the growth, passion, and energy of both the GINN team and the participants. Congratulations! Focus and consistency pay — keep going!” he encouraged the youth.
Also in Ikorodu, the Rhodes-Vivour Foundation’s Free Monthly Medical Health Cover and Medical Outreach Programme was active, providing services and care to both indigenes and residents of one of the five IBILE Divisions of Lagos State.
“The good people of Ikorodu came out in mass for their free medical health cover. RV Foundation — Born out of Love, Dedicated to Humanity,” read a post on @RVFoundationNG.
