ASHENEWS reports that hackers have taken over the website of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The NBS made this known in a statement issued on Wednesday night via its official X handle @NBS_Nigeria.
The NBS in the post, urged users to disregard any message or report until the website is restored.
“This is to inform the public that the NBS Website has been hacked and we are working to recover it. Please disregard any message or report posted until the website is fully restored. Thank you.”
This online platform reports that as of Thursday morning, the website remains inaccessible to users.
