Engr. Michael Abayomi Adeyanju has extended Christmas and New Year greetings to the people of Ondo North Senatorial District, calling on residents to embrace unity, hope, and renewed commitment to collective progress as the year draws to a close.
In a festive message to communities across the district, Adeyanju described the season as a time for reflection and fresh possibilities, stressing that his long-standing vision remains to make Ondo North “the best place to live in Ondo State.” He noted that this vision continues to shape his approach to leadership, which he described as service-driven rather than position-focused.
Highlighting interventions across the district, Adeyanju cited the revitalisation of boreholes supplying clean water to more than 100,000 people in Akoko and Ose communities, investments in education through classroom renovations and ICT support, agricultural assistance, and care for children living with disabilities. He also pointed to the installation of streetlights to improve community safety and the renovation of health facilities to enhance access to healthcare.
According to him, these initiatives represent tangible progress already achieved, rather than promises for the future. Looking ahead, Adeyanju reaffirmed his intention to seek election to represent Ondo North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, pledging to attract more federal projects, promote youth empowerment, strengthen infrastructure, and pursue inclusive development.
He urged residents to use the Christmas and New Year period to renew their shared determination to build a prosperous and compassionate Ondo North, expressing optimism about the district’s future and calling for continued public support as he prepares for the next general election.
