10th Assembly: Obasa reelected Lagos Speaker for 3rd term

The Lagos State House of Assembly, has reelected Mudashiru Obasa as Speaker for the third term.

Obasa represents Agege State Constituency 1.

His emergence followed Tuesday’s proclamation, and the eventual inauguration of the 10th Assembly by the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Obasa was unanimously elected by the 40 members after he was nominated to the position by Adewale Temitope Adedeji, (Ifako Ijaiye) and seconded by Sylvester Ogunkelu (Epe 2).
