The House of Representatives will summon President Muhammadu Buhari over the killing of 43 farmers by Boko Haram terrorists in Borno state on Sunday.
The decision to summon the president followed by all members of the House from Borno state.
They insisted that Buhari had to address the House at plenary on the rising insecurity, especially in the North East.
