A Consultant Rheumatologist, Dr Hakeem Olaosebikan, says Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) disease should be suspected if a person, especially female had recurring malaria or typhoid illness. Olaosebikan, who works at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, gave the advice in an interview in Lagos on Tuesday. The Nigeria’s National Bureau of Statistics, NBS, says the country’s consumer price index, CPI, which measures inflation has increased to 15.70 per cent for the month of February. This is according to the National Bureau of Statistics, which disclosed this in their The CPI and Inflation report on Tuesday  states that “this is 1.63 per cent points lower compared to the rate recorded in February 2021 (17.33) per cent,” indicative that the headline inflation rate slowed down in February when compared to the same month in the previous year. The Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has said that a probe had been launched into an “accidental” missile launch into Pakistan last week,. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, has however rejected New Delhi’s explanation, as he reiterated Islamabad’s demand that a “joint probe” be launched to address the matter. Military jets of the Nigerian Airforce (NAF) shelled missiles killing scores of bandits at a wedding feast organized for one of the top bandits leaders in Katsina. Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike has reminded his Edo state counterpart, Godwin Obaseki that he did not take his bath for three days while in the state for the 2020 governorship elections.
