The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Maj.-Gen. Faruk Yahaya, has approved the appointment of Principal Staff Officers (PSOs), Field Commanders and other key staff officers to provide the needed vigour in his command of the Nigerian Army (NA). Kano state governor Abdullahi Ganduje on Saturday, presented staff of office to the 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado-Bayero. Ado-Bayero, who is from the Fulani ruling clan, ascended the throne on March 9, 2020, following the removal of Muhammad Sanusi II, by Ganduje.
