As President Muhammadu Buhari hosts Council of State meeting on Thursday, former presidents and Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, are in attendance, except former president Olusegun Obasanjo.
Present at the virtual meeting include, ex-Presidents Yakubu Gowon, Ibrahim Babangida, Ernest Shonekan, Abdulsalami Abubakar and Goodluck Jonathan.
No reason was however adduced to former president Obasanjo’s absence.
Also in attendance are former Chief Justice of the Federation, CJN, Walter Onnoghen and the current CJN, Mahmood Mohammed.
