#NigeriaDecides: ASHENEWS reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner in the just concluded presidential election in the Mokwa local government area of Niger state.
Announcing the results at the election collation center in Minna on Sunday, the local government Collation Officer, Muhammad Isah Bala said that the commission accredited 35,780 voters out of 101,402 registered voters in the local government.

In the same vein, the INEC also declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of presidential election in Lavun local government, with 15,107 votes, against the PDP, which polled 14,395 votes.
According to the Collation Officer of the area, Prof. Muhammad Muhammad Ndamitso, the commission accredited 33,298 voters out of 116,778 registered voters.
